Johnkingsley is responsible for underwriting and acquisitions of multifamily real estate deals in emerging markets, and specializes in broker relationships and asset management oversights.
In addition to running an equity fund within multifamily real estate landscape, Johnkingsley also a Corporate Manager in Cybersecurity, with core focus on the engineering of Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Johnkingsley has lead a team of Cybersecurity engineers and professionals that are well versed in the development of an industry recognized strategies on the areas of Identity Lifecycle and Cloud Control Frameworks, Technology Infrastructures Lift and Shifts during corporate mergers and acquisitions, and different levels of implementations of Federal Risks and Access Management Procedures - a baked in top tier solution that allows technology corporations to maintain their revenue stream through their partnerships and contracts with the United States federal government.
